Thin your face while eating


Now you can make yourself a slim and cute face while eating! Is it crazy and unbelievable? In fact, the most effective way is chewing! It can thin your face through training the muscles, tightening the chin, improve the balance of the facial muscles and bone and eliminate edema. Then your big fat face will become an oval face! There are two stresses about this action.
1. Chew at least 40 times
The basic process is bite the food with both sides of your teeth 10 times, and then repeats twice. This means you should do the action at least 40 times. This can burn the facial muscle fat, make facial outline the more obvious. In addition, taking more hard foods, that can make you a perfect face skeleton.
2. Massage the jaw joint before meal
