Collision between Magic and Science

Steampunk is formed by two words—steam and punk. There is a large number of modeling with complex structure, classical form but modern mechanical device. Propellers, gears, pistons, bearings and other components are visible, and full of aesthetic pleasure. Looking back at history, the most developed regions and the era of steam industrial is in Victorian England. Because of the abundance of the economy, the Victorian era is full of luxury and advocated it. People at that time war elegant, romantic and full of boundless imagination.

 

Compared to those normal jewelry or ornaments such as evil eye beads, Buddhist beads, countless designers continuously add this element to their products. Combining these two seemingly unrelated concepts, steampunk—this innovative art form was born. Steampunk often rely on certain assumptions technology to create a virtual community. Steam and punk represent the meaning of nostalgia and rebellion respectively.

 

On the T stage, it is common to see many models wear metal, rivet and Victorian retro styling full of quaint sense of technology. Both victoria and punk are all derived from the land of UK, so British designers create such elements from the bottom of their heart.
